At Arminora, founded by Sharmin Sultana, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Arminora website.
1. Notice of Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material available on or through arminora.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement (a “DMCA Notice”). Your notice must include the following information:

2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to Arminora:

Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Identified Material: Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.

Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within your jurisdiction (or the appropriate court if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Arminora maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
